Drink half of your bodyweight in ounces this week. If you’re very active, pregnant, or breastfeeding, you should drink far more than that amount. Good indicators of sufficient hydration are 1. clear/light yellow urine and 2. rarity in feeling thirsty.
Exercise at least 3 days this week for 30-60 minutes. If you don’t feel comfortable going to the gym yet, consider the following options:
Power-walking around your neighborhood
Searching workout videos on youtube
Doing 4 sets of planks, jumping jacks, crunches, lunges, and squats (Set your number of reps based on your personal fitness level.).
