Authenticated users can view and download PDFs of their giving statements and update their statement delivery method.

• Shows one Statement for each year a Statement exists.
• Shows the current year plus up to four previous years, if Statements for those years exist.
• Selecting “Save as PDF” downloads a PDF of the selected Statement.
• Statements are shown for the Statement Contact and Statement Spouse when either is authenticated.
• “Go Paperless”: Select to receive statements online or through email.

1. I forgot my password! How do I access my giving statement?

If you forget your password, please click “forgot password” on the MY WOF login screen. Please do not create a new account. If you have trouble, please respond to this email. There is a “Get One-time Code” option on the Login page to quickly access your account.

 

2. I received multiple emails from you to different email addresses. Which one is correct?

If you received multiple emails, that means you have a duplicate profile in our system. Please respond to one of the emails letting us know this occurred, and we will merge the records. This will ensure all donations are included in your statement.

 

3. Can I request a paper copy of my statement?

All WOF Donations given with an email address on file can view their statement online. If you prefer a copy in the mail, please fill out our Contribution Help Form.

 

4. There are donations missing from my statement! How can I get that fixed?

We’re sorry this happened! Please fill out our Contribution Help Form and we will correct this error. Please be prepared to supply the donation date, donation amount, and check number (if applicable).
