Bishop Bronner started his ministry as a teenager. He started a Bible study in his home when he was 14 (1976-1989) and started the Praise the Lord Club at his school when he was 15. His hunger for God was evident, and his ministry grew rapidly.
He married his high school sweetheart, Nina Cobb, and they had 5 kids. All the while, Bishop Bronner was working in his family’s business, Bronner Brothers Hair Care Company.
When Bishop Bronner began to pastor at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, it was prophesied that he would only be there for 2 years before he outgrew it. Two years later, he founded Word of Faith Family Worship Center in 1991 in East Point, GA. He bought the building from Dogwood Hills, and that ministry rented the chapel at Word of Faith until 1994 when Dogwood Hills disbanded as a church.
In December of 2003, Word of Faith relocated to 150 Riverside Parkway (a former Sam’s Club building) right across the street from here.
